Welcome to Find Your Length (the "App"), a Progressive Web App operated by Find Your Length. By downloading, installing, or using this App via the Microsoft Store or web browsers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the Service

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, stream, and view the audio and video content inside the App strictly in accordance with these terms for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include:

• Illegal Downloading & Ripping: Recording, downloading, ripping, streaming, or duplicating any audio or video files directly from our servers or within the App interface without our explicit written permission.
• System Abuse: Attempting to disrupt, disable, compromise, or overload our web servers or underlying infrastructure.
• Malicious Activity & Scraping: Utilising the App to distribute malware, or using automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract our proprietary media assets or source code.

3. Media Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All audio, video, text, graphics, branding, user interfaces, and assets contained within the App (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of Find Your Length.
• Protection of Rights: The Content is fully protected by national and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the App for any user found attempting to pirate, redistribute, or infringe upon our proprietary media content.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The App and all media streams are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
